TeeNee Calculator

Yield Calculator

Calculate investment income, annual yield, monthly yield, and estimated payback time.

What is yield?

Yield is the rate of return compared with the amount invested. It is commonly used to assess rental income, interest, dividends, and returns from other assets.

Yield makes different investments easier to compare, but it should be considered together with risk, expenses, taxes, liquidity, and the possibility that returns may change.

Examples

Example 1: Buy a property for 4,000,000 and rent it for 30,000 per month. Choose "Return per month" to calculate the monthly yield, annual yield, and estimated payback time.

Example 2: Invest 1,000,000 and receive 20,000 per year. Choose "Return per year" to calculate the annual yield and monthly average.

Example 3: If you want a return of 2% per month from an investment of 1,000,000, the calculator shows the monthly and annual income and the estimated payback time.
